سلام من باید به بچم قطره آد بدم. چه زمانی برای دادن قطره آد مناسبه؟ صبح بدم بهتره یا شب؟

بهترین زمان دادن قطره آد به نوزاد صبح تا ظهر است، مگر اینکه متخصص اطفال توصیه دیگری داشته باشد. همچنین بهتر است بین مصرف این قطره با شیردهی حدود ۳۰ دقیقه فاصله وجود داشته باشد.
